Responsibilities
Support and execute live-fire testing and evaluation
Prepare test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation
Collect and document test data and observations
Assist with prototype assembly and modifications
Maintain range equipment and test hardware
Support troubleshooting and iterative development
Assist with basic fabrication or machining as needed
Maintain organized test logs and documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a technical, testing, firearms, or related role
Strong familiarity with firearms platforms and safe operation
Ability to follow structured procedures and document results
High attention to detail and safety
Ability to work outdoors and on range regularly
U.S. person required due to nature of work
Preferred
Professional or advanced hobbyist gunsmithing experience
Experience supporting live-fire testing
Basic machining or shop skills
Experience in R&D, defense, or prototype environments
Familiarity with ITAR-controlled environments
Military or armorer experience
