Intern Program Advisor
Primary Services is seeking an Intern Program Advisor to support talent strategy initiatives for a major energy organization. The role involves leading early-career recruitment efforts, managing internship programs, and building partnerships with universities to develop the next generation of industry professionals.

Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of the internship and graduate recruiting programs
Manage job postings, intake meetings with hiring managers, and alignment on candidate profiles
Review applications, conduct initial candidate screens, and advance qualified candidates through interview stages
Coordinate interview schedules and recruiting logistics with limited administrative support
Oversee corporate internship placements and support engineering internship placements at operational sites
Build and maintain strategic relationships with priority universities supporting approximately 50–100 hires annually
Represent the organization at campus events, career fairs, and student organization engagements
Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant student groups, including engineering societies, energy organizations, and business or trading clubs
Facilitate connections between internal business leaders and university partners through guest speaking and networking events
Plan and execute in-person and virtual university recruiting events
Prepare for fall recruiting travel beginning six months in advance
Travel approximately six weeks during the fall recruiting season to priority campuses
Evaluate candidates for technical capability, academic performance, and cultural alignment
Advise hiring managers on candidate quality, competitiveness, and fit
Qualification
Required
Prior professional experience in university relations or campus recruiting
Demonstrated experience managing internship and graduate recruiting programs end-to-end
Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Experience building and sustaining partnerships with universities and student organizations
Strong project management and organizational capabilities in high-volume recruiting environments
Willingness and ability to travel extensively during peak recruiting seasons
Bachelor's degree required
