Responsibilities
Develop and oversee national quality assurance frameworks and performance benchmarks
Lead incident review processes, including post-event analysis and corrective action planning
Monitor service metrics and ensure alignment with defined KPIs
Partner with operations, data, and training leaders to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
Support audit readiness and reporting to executive and government stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of leadership experience in quality improvement within healthcare, behavioral health, crisis systems, or regulated public health environments
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing performance improvement programs at scale
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation frameworks
Strong analytical and governance capabilities
Preferred
Familiarity with federal or state oversight environments
