Responsibilities

Maintaining operational continuity across Microsoft infrastructure, including over 100 Windows Servers supporting mission-critical applications

Managing both on-premises and AWS environments for core business systems, customer-facing applications, and identity services

Performing patch management and vulnerability remediation, along with system hardening and compliance controls

Deep hands-on Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)

Experience operating systems in a hybrid environment (on-prem + AWS)

Identity services administration (Hybrid Entra ID / Azure AD Connect)

IIS administration and Windows-based application support

Backup, restore, and recovery operations

Security hardening and baseline configuration (CIS or similar)

Ability to document and follow operational procedures

Strong Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)

Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem + AWS)

PowerShell scripting and automation

Patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening

IIS and Remote Desktop Services administration

Identity services (Hybrid Entra ID / Azure AD Connect, certificates, LDAP)

Backup and recovery (AWS Backup, Windows-based solutions)

Familiarity with security and compliance controls (SOC 2, PCI, vulnerability scanning)

Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues

Basic Linux administration knowledge
