Responsibilities
Lead month end close, prepare accurate financial statements, and deliver timely management reporting
Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and SOX-ready processes as needed
Manage AR/AP, payroll oversight, inventory accounting, cost accounting and intercompany reconciliations
Partner with operations and leadership to analyze P&L drivers and support strategic decision-making
Supervise and mentor a small accounting team; hire and develop talent as the department grows
Work with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and filings
Qualification
Required
5+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, month end close, reconciliations)
Food & beverage or industry experience
Preferred
CPA license
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
