LHH is seeking an experienced facilities management leader to oversee operations at a large, complex infrastructure facility. The ideal candidate will manage facility operations, maintenance, and building systems while coordinating with both internal and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead the Technical Services team and oversee all facility operations, maintenance, and building systems
Manage design, testing, and commissioning of new systems
Develop and monitor budgets, maintenance programs, and smart‑technology initiatives
Negotiate and manage service contracts, ensuring high-quality delivery from internal teams and external providers
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including internal and external, leadership and operational partners
Direct lifecycle asset management activities and implement predictive maintenance through systems such as SCADA and MAXIMO
Oversee financial approvals, HR duties, staff development, and performance management
Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure all work is documented, compliant, and aligned with operational needs
Introduce innovation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degrees preferred
10 to 15 years of progressive facilities management or technical operations experience in complex environments
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifecycle asset management, and predictive maintenance
Proficiency with SCADA and MAXIMO
Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing both in‑house and outsourced resources
Strong communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment
