This role is critical to driving consistent platform utilization across internal project teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a role-based ACC training roadmap (Project Managers, End Users, Executives, External Partners/GCs)
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and adoption barriers
Define learning objectives, success metrics, and adoption KPIs
Align training initiatives with governance standards and digital transformation goals
Design and develop structured learning materials
Facilitate live instructor-led training sessions and workshops
Maintain and update training content as ACC functionality evolves
Develop and execute communication plans supporting ACC rollouts and enhancements
Partner with leadership to reinforce ACC as the system of record
Identify change impacts and implement mitigation strategies
Track adoption metrics, training completion rates, and user feedback
Establish feedback loops to continuously improve utilization and engagement
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or change management
Experience supporting enterprise platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, ERP, project management systems)
Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow documentation
Experience developing recorded training content and digital learning modules
Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills
Direct experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar construction technology platforms
Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
