Responsibilities
Enable teams to activate PepsiCo’s global learning strategy in support of the talent and business priorities by refining and providing guidance and tools that enable the scalable application of the strategy across the enterprise
Sustain a world-class learning brand known for delivering impact and results while also creating efficiency; drive integration across global, regional, and functional learning solutions to ensure seamless, connected experiences aligned with enterprise priorities
Champion innovative, learner-centric approaches including digital learning, experiential learning, and social learning and remove points of friction and inefficiency where possible
Shape and advance a skills-based development framework that connects workforce capabilities to evolving business priorities
Guide the learning technology roadmap and advise on using data and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
Enable people to learn in ways that drive consistent high performance for individuals and the organization, creating conditions that amplify the impact of learning at all phases of their career
Serve as a strategic advisor to the TM/People team, functional capability leads, and program owners to ensure learning solutions are aligned, relevant, and impactful
Understand governance to support consistency and alignment across the learning ecosystem
Guide teams on applying measurement practices to optimize ROI and capture actionable insights
Inspire possibility by acting as a leader with vision on ground-breaking, emerging and relevant trends centered on learning impact and business relevancy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development with global scope and scale
Forward thinking with an ability to see beyond short term needs, focusing on the long-term strategic direction
Experience supporting enterprise-wide learning strategies and systems that deliver high learner impact and strong business performance
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning/learner analysis, instructional design, learning technologies and design thinking
Strong ability to understand business situations and translate them into learning solutions that drive growth and impact
Strong ability to consult, collaborate, and engage with stakeholders, with proven ability to influence opinion and behavior
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and communicate impact
Experience navigating through organizational complexity and ambiguity in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment
Benefits
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
