InternSodexo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition teams on a high-impact project. This internship offers students hands-on experience in HR operations and documentation management, contributing to a more efficient internal system for job descriptions.

Responsibilities
Gather and compile job descriptions from various business units
Identify duplicates, outdated versions, and inconsistencies
Organize and categorize job descriptions thoughtfully and logically
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to validate content
Develop a centralized system and structure for storing all finalized job descriptions
Recommend process improvements to streamline future documentation workflows
Qualification
Required
Current college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Comfort working independently in a virtual environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program
Preferred
Interest in HR operations, documentation, or process improvement
Ability to think critically and propose creative solutions
Collaborative mindset and professionalism when working with HR partners
