Responsibilities
Recommend security controls, policies, and best practices to mitigate identified vulnerabilities
Develop, maintain, and update system security plans (SSP’s) and related documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Conduct risk assessments, document findings, and track remediation efforts through completion
Serve as a security advocate, promoting secure coding, configuration management, and best practices across Salesforce applications and integrations
Assist in incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring activities
Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four (4) years of information security or related engineering experience
Conducting risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and security reviews of applications and infrastructure
Working knowledge of cloud-based CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Demonstrable experience supporting enterprise IT or security operations in a shared responsibility model across agencies or departments
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding
Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving to deliver positive user experiences
Preferred
Education in Information Technology (IT) or an IT related field may substitute for experience as follows: a master's degree for eighteen (18) months of experience; a bachelor's degree for one (1) year; and an associate's degree for six (6) months
