Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls with exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and routing matters appropriately
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather basic case information, and provide status updates when appropriate
Accurately document communications and information in the firm's case management system
Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client information
Support the intake process by ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and informed throughout initial interactions
