Responsibilities
Work closely with production support, platform teams, and business partners on technical aspects of the application
Handle change management, maintenance, platform upgrades, and changes to requirements from interfacing applications
Demonstrate data sourcing, analysis, and modeling skills to support large-scale data sourcing initiatives
Promote and apply best practices and standards at a project and program level
Develop plans with business partners, including success measures, to sustain changes
Analyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches, and facilitate implementation
Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines
Qualification
Required
10 years of applicable experience in application programming
Experience in data sourcing, data modeling, and provisioning for large-scale monitoring and surveillance data assets
Knowledge and experience with performance tuning in database systems
Proficiency in software development lifecycle, agile practices, and continuous integration/delivery
Strong communication and listening skills
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
