IT Project Management (Senior Associate)
Guggenheim Investments is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join the IT team. This high-visibility role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations while delivering timely solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations
Leverage and maximize our current technology solutions while finding creative ways to teach and coach our users to adopt new tools and efficiencies. Ensure nimble and continuous improvements to our technology ensuring quick delivery and adaptation to changing environments
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and providing regular project updates to ensure alignment and buy-in
Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring team members and encouraging knowledge sharing to build a high-performing project team
Coordinate the implementation of a new network infrastructure that meets current and future business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
Plan the rollout of initiatives that incorporate AI technologies, ensuring projects utilize machine learning, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making and improve processes
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables
Monitor project timelines/effort, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects remain within constraints across our internal tech team and adjacent partners and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in technology or technology adjacent project management
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles
Strong communication skills with a focus on providing verbal and written narratives on the current and future-state of a roll-out to executives and end-users
Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional departments
Must have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects leveraging storytelling, gaining buy-in, and translating technical topics to a wider audience
Important competencies include building relationships, communication, and problem solving
Preferred
2+ years of experience implementing technology projects end-to-end
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
Precision in handling escalations, documenting solutions, and following procedures
Analytical mindset to solve problems and analyze processes and procedures for improvements
Ability to trouble-shoot complex issues and take preemptive action
Demonstrated ability and experience in applying new ideas and approaches by staying ahead of design trends and innovations
