Responsibilities
Prepare and execute the testing of samples taken from the NCF production process
Determine mechanical properties, inclusions, or microstructural analysis
Become an internal IS0/IATF 16949 auditor and take on various projects as time allows
Adjust hours based on business conditions and customer demands, including weekend and holiday work as needed
Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
Qualification
Required
Must be able to operate various equipment and machinery including specialized testing equipment and job-related machinery or hand tools
Preferred
Prior lab experience
Previous experience in steel or manufacturing related industry
Industrial mechanical abilities
Working knowledge of D365 functionality
