Responsibilities
Develop simulation software and capabilities using the Virtual Interactive Simulation Environment
Model platforms, sensors, communications, weapons, and tactical systems for virtual experiments
Collaborate with internal partners and external customers to define and implement modeling requirements
Troubleshoot existing software and create comprehensive software designs and test plans
Support large-scale experimentation efforts involving advanced concept capabilities
Qualification
Required
Professional experience working within a Linux development environment
Proficiency in C++ programming for complex software systems
Experience utilizing version control systems such as Git or Subversion
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearances and access programs
