Responsibilities
Define target-state identity patterns, reference architectures, and guardrails for workforce IAM and customer identity initiatives
Lead SSO and SCIM provisioning patterns across core apps (HRIS to directory to downstream SaaS), including automation and exception handling
Align HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Systems, Digital Product, Support, and Cyber on 'who owns what' for identity decisions and operations
Create repeatable standards + patterns (templates, reference architectures, guardrails)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of customer identity foundation experience: CIAM program shaping (invite flows, account provisioning, authentication patterns, and future commerce enablement)
Minimum 4 years of Workforce IAM architecture experience in Microsoft Entra ID (preferred), Okta, Ping
Authentication familiarity including Certificate based, passwordless, OTP and FIDO2
Good understanding of GRC controls and methods to satisfy regulatory compliance
