They are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into their systems to ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical information for transportation operations.

Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently input a high volume of data from various sources (e.g., freight bills, delivery receipts, customer information, driver logs) into internal databases and software systems
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by other departments or management
Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data consistency across multiple platforms
Communicate effectively with other team members to resolve data-related issues
Adhere to company data entry policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with data entry software and database systems
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
