Program Finance Analyst

Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting
Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools
Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting needs
Stay updated on industry trends and economic developments to inform financial strategies
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Occasional Project travel may be required
Preferred
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus but not required
