Responsibilities
Lead and manage large, complex K-12 and municipality projects from planning through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Oversee project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and coordination across teams
Mentor, train, and support junior Project Managers to elevate team performance
Collaborate closely with design and technical teams using Revit and other project tools
Build and maintain strong client relationships; leverage existing industry relationships when applicable
Participate in job site visits and coordination meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a dedicated Project Management role in architecture
Proven experience managing ISD, K-12, or municipality building projects
Proficiency with Revit (architecture/design software)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability and desire to mentor junior team members
Preferred
Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Architecture license
