Responsibilities

Resident Engagement: Designs daily programs aligned with the Five Guiding Principles to support meaningful resident experiences
Program Planning: Develops and executes personalized daily schedules based on residents' interests and abilities
Collaboration: Partners with the Zest Department to create monthly event calendars
Supplies Management: Procures and maintains supplies, including Creative Connection Kits
Event Coordination: Plans and facilitates Family Nights and other resident/family events
Record Keeping: Maintains program documentation as requested by the Enliven Director
Special Requests: Coordinates with the kitchen on special food needs for events
Outings: Plans resident outings and arranges transportation as needed
Resident Updates: Communicates resident changes and family concerns to the Enliven Director
Family Engagement: Shares positive resident moments through a proactive communication plan
Other duties as assigned

Required

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Skilled in engaging groups and delivering effective presentations
Ability to interpret safety protocols, procedures, and technical documents
Exceptional organization, multitasking, and time management abilities
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound, independent decisions
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Reliable, with consistent attendance, professional appearance, and deadline adherence
Experience engaging individuals with dementia across various stages
Travel may include domestic travel to different communities for business need
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software systems
High School Diploma or GED
First Aid / CPR certification required
