Responsibilities
Partner directly with enterprise stakeholders to identify and shape high-value AI use cases
Design and deploy LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
Build orchestration layers integrating models, tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources
Take AI solutions from proof-of-concept to reliable, production-grade systems
Implement evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and performance frameworks for AI systems
Iterate quickly based on real user feedback and measurable business impact
Travel occasionally to customer sites, typically up to 20 percent
Qualification
Required
Strong customer focus and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Production experience with Python and or TypeScript
Hands-on experience deploying ML, LLM, or GenAI-enabled systems
Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent frameworks
Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical AI solutions
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering experience
Experience with multi-agent systems, tool use, or workflow orchestration
Experience with model evaluation, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or safety guardrails
Frontend experience, ideally React, building AI-powered user interfaces
