Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to protect the enterprise by ensuring that identities, access, and authentication controls are designed, implemented, and operated effectively
Gather evidence and work to remediate any audit findings
Lead moderately complex IAM initiatives and perform access risk assessments
Strengthen governance processes and drive integration of new applications and technologies into IAM services
Apply technical and analytical capabilities and collaborate across the business, IT and security teams to ensure security standards are enforced
Qualification
Required
A minimum of eight years related work experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years relevant work experience
Master's degree or higher and a minimum of three years relevant work experience
Preferred
Ability to employ Splunk to correlate, analyze, and visualize identity-related log data to support analytics-driven security decisions, detect anomalies, and strengthen IAM controls
Strong IAM and cybersecurity experience, including end-to-end identity lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access provisioning support, remediation of audit findings, and writing clear business and functional requirements
Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts such as authentication, access governance, compliance requirements, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and lifecycle governance for all identity types (workforce, privileged, service, and application identities)
Practical knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tooling, and modern authentication protocols, including OAuth and SAML
