Responsibilities
Supporting the assembly floor by troubleshooting build issues and refining standard work to ensure safe, consistent processes
Regularly update routings, validate BOMs, and implement engineering changes to keep production accurate and aligned with current designs
Collaborate with Quality and Supply teams to address nonconformances, evaluate part readiness when needed
Identifying waste, improving material flow, and optimizing layout or tooling to increase efficiency
Partner closely with assemblers and cross functional teams to keep production running smoothly
Qualification
Required

Bachelors degree
Internships accepted as job experience
Engineering Aide or Manufacturing support as comparable background
