Responsibilities

Monitor and track the status of all purchases within the portfolio to ensure timely delivery of material
Proactively communicate with vendors to address delays and expedite shipments, and identify and resolve issues that may cause late deliveries
Identify program risks involving suppliers and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with the procurement department to resolve payment issues
Coordinate and manage program documentation
Maintain supplier deadlines and milestones
Assist with the procurement process including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders as need
Manage program databases and ensure accurate data entry
Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field with a 2-4 years of experience in program analysis or
Minimum 5 years of experience in program analysis, preferably within a government contracting environment
Proven experience supporting complex programs and projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the Huntsville – North Alabama area
Must be a US citizen possess and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
