Information Technology Manager
Model Oncology is a next-generation management services organization dedicated to enabling world-class cancer care services within health systems. They are seeking an Information Technology Manager to manage and optimize corporate IT applications and endpoints, ensuring a secure and efficient technology environment. Responsibilities
Deploy and manage endpoint security tools across the device fleet
Oversee hardware provisioning, imaging, and lifecycle management for employee devices
Develop and maintain Group Policy configurations for security and standardization
Provide escalation support for device troubleshooting and technical issues
Manage patch management processes to ensure timely security updates across all endpoints
Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and device configurations
Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment including Office applications, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity governance, user lifecycle management, and access controls
Configure and maintain security tools including Microsoft Defender, Purview (compliance), and Sentinel (SIEM)
Oversee Active Directory and hybrid identity configurations as applicable
Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews across the Microsoft ecosystem
Develop and maintain security policies, conditional access rules, and data loss prevention configurations
Provide administrative support for Salesforce CRM including user management and basic configuration
Support Oracle NetSuite ERP administration and user access management
Administer Smartsheet environments for project and workflow management
Manage Zoom meeting infrastructure and user provisioning
Support CraftCMS administration for the public website
Serve as liaison with application vendors for support escalations and renewals
Maintain comprehensive inventory of software licenses and subscriptions
Oversee public website hosting infrastructure relationships (Cloudways)
Track software subscriptions and ensure license compliance
Coordinate renewal processes and optimize software spend
Maintain IT asset register including hardware and software inventory
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Corporate IT administration with progressive responsibility
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
Experience with Microsoft security tools (Defender, Purview, Sentinel) or equivalent enterprise security platforms
Experience with device management using Intune and Addigy
Experience with endpoint management, group policies, and device lifecycle processes
Experience managing SaaS applications in an enterprise environment
Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare IT or familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements
Familiarity with HITRUST certification processes or similar security frameworks
Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite administration
Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-500, SC-300, or equivalent)
Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams
