Responsibilities
Collaborate on developing user experience, wayfinding methodology and wayfinding masterplans
Develop wayfinding methodology and programming to coordinate with design
Iterate studies to evaluate design with the functional needs of the system
Assist with visualizations that effectively communicate the project concepts
Participate in internal planning sessions and design critiques
Participate in client reviews and work sessions
Collaborate and interface with project stakeholders and partners
Demonstrate studio/team leadership
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
A minimum of 3 years related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in planning, design, marketing, or related field
Provide and review work samples which speak to experience
Ability to read architectural construction documents
An understanding of branding/brand development, communications, and research
Collaborate with the Studio project team to create wayfinding and signage plans and message schedules for owner review and endorsement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Totally client- and team-oriented, knows how to balance demands for time and resources
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable in internal and external client facing situations
Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of CAD and Revit/BIM360
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
