Content Developer (Contract, Project‑Based)
Talent Mappers is seeking a high-output content producer to convert existing legal and operational materials into structured training modules and multimedia assets. The role focuses on building foundational training infrastructure and requires rapid production of training content without extensive stakeholder interviews.

Responsibilities
Convert provided legal, operational, and jurisdiction‑specific materials into approximately 30 structured training modules within the project timeline
Organize content into clear, role‑aligned modules that support consistent performance across teams
Translate attorney‑provided content, website materials, and internal documentation into usable training assets
Produce short instructional videos, screen recordings, and visual walkthroughs based on supplied outlines or scripts
Prepare all materials for upload into internal systems, ensuring proper formatting, organization, and usability
Create clean, professional content that can be deployed immediately to support team performance
Work directly with the core team (including J and Luciana) to execute a pre‑defined training structure
Ask clarifying questions only as needed — avoiding lengthy interviews or deep discovery cycles
Operate with a production‑first mindset, prioritizing speed, clarity, and output
Ensure all modules follow a consistent structure aligned with role expectations and identified skill gaps
Maintain accuracy when converting legal and operational content into training materials
Build assets that can be reused, expanded, and scaled as the organization grows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience producing training or operational content in a fast‑paced environment
Strong ability to turn raw content into polished modules without extensive SME interviews
Proficiency with video creation tools, screen‑capture software, and basic editing
Experience uploading and configuring content in digital platforms or internal systems
Ability to work independently, meet aggressive deadlines, and deliver high‑volume output
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
