HPA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Administrator to join their Irvine team. The role involves office management, coordinating meetings and schedules, maintaining project lists, and supporting leadership with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Office management which includes ordering supplies, coordinating office events
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Maintain and regularly update the firm’s project list and database
Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare and issue proposals
Work with PM to coordinate and verify consultant fee and obtain consultant proposals to further prepare addendums for approved proposals
Support leadership with administrative tasks on specialty projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
0–3 years of relevant administrative experience
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, BlueBeam, DocuSign, Teams, Ajera
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
