Responsibilities
15% - Capital Planning - Establishes short and long range capital plans and executes projects in a timely and fiscally responsible manner with utmost customer satisfaction
20% - Implementation - Develops, plans and implements department's goals and objectives
15% - Problem Solving - Provides sophisticated and scalable solutions when confronting challenging analytical and technical challenges
50% - Team Leadership - Manages, develops, and maintains a team dedicated to analytics projects throughout numerous elements of the supply chain
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
5 years of work experience
2 years of leadership experience
Preferred
Working knowledge of Tableau
Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
Proficient with data mining software (e.g., IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, Hadoop)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to develop and apply advanced mathematical/statistical techniques
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
M.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, supply chain or related quantitative field
Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or comparable database systems
Expert knowledge in large scale information retrieval and statistical analysis
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
