Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cross-functional projects spanning technology, operations, and enterprise systems
Create and implement project runbooks and playbooks to enable consistent execution and scalable delivery models
Translate business and operational requirements into structured project plans and scalable solutions
Develop and manage project timelines, scope, resources, dependencies, risks, and supporting documentation
Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and external vendors or implementation partners
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and ensure alignment between technical solutions and operational workflows
Partner closely with IT leadership and functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and long-term strategy
Manage project communications, including status updates, milestones, risks, and escalations to leadership
Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and governance checkpoints across multiple stakeholder groups
Support change management efforts through documentation, testing coordination, training readiness, and stakeholder adoption planning
Ensure projects adhere to governance, security, and data integrity standards
Identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across systems and processes
Provide escalation support and issue resolution in partnership with leadership and project sponsors
Support project activities that may require after-hours or weekend coordination to align with business operations and system deployment schedules
Qualification
Required
Ability to work after hours or on the weekends when needed
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or a hybrid business/technology role
Technical background working knowledge of Microsoft, Entra: UI/end user perspective is highly preferred
Experience supporting enterprise systems implementations or technology-driven transformation initiatives
Working knowledge of modern enterprise platforms and identity, productivity, or collaboration tools from an end-user and business perspective (administrative or technical experience a plus)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience managing external vendors or implementation partners
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving accountability
Preferred
Healthcare, home care, disability services, or similarly regulated industry experience preferred but not required
Experience supporting multi-entity or roll-up organizations strongly preferred
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar) preferred
