Responsibilities
Lead the Design Journey: Own the full design lifecycle from deep-dive user research and persona creation to final implementation support
Architect User Workflows: Design and optimize sophisticated workflows that transform high-level requirements into engaging, high-fidelity prototypes
Champion the User: Act as the local UX advocate, collaborating with Product Managers and developers to ensure every solution is built with a "human-first" approach
Master the Design System: Utilize and evolve a global design system to ensure a unified, premium look and feel across all mobile and web software solutions
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a mid-level or higher role
Undergraduate degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
Expert-level mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to bring complex ideas to life
Comfortable navigating and executing UX research and design within an Agile development environment
Preferred
A portfolio that showcases not just beautiful interfaces, but the 'why' behind your UX decisions
Experience conducting remote or on-site field usability testing with end-users
Strong team spirit and a 'learn-by-doing' attitude that thrives on creative collaboration
