Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, or related discipline (advanced degree an asset)
7–10 years of progressive experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or investment
Deep understanding of zoning codes, density rules, entitlement, and subdivision processes
Proven negotiation and deal-structuring expertise, with a strong record of successful acquisitions
Experience working with or within public sector and municipal planning environments is an asset
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and technology-enabled setting
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and leadership skills
