2027 Guggenheim Securities Investment Banking Summer Analyst – New York Private Capital Markets

Responsibilities
Support deal teams in the execution of a broad range of financing and advisory mandates
Support deal teams in analyzing industry and company-specific information, including detailed research and analysis of global institutional investors
Conduct research and analysis of trends in the Private Capital Markets
Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers and accountants
Work closely with industry teams as needed to support successful deal completion
Involvement in all aspects of deal preparation and execution
Qualification
Required
Must be on track to receive Bachelors, Masters, or equivalent degree by December 2027 or Spring 2028
Support deal teams in the execution of a broad range of financing and advisory mandates
Support deal teams in analyzing industry and company-specific information, including detailed research and analysis of global institutional investors
Conduct research and analysis of trends in the Private Capital Markets
Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers and accountants
Work closely with industry teams as needed to support successful deal completion
Involvement in all aspects of deal preparation and execution
Highly motivated individual with exceptional quantitative and communication skills looking to jump-start their career through hands-on training and experience at a growing firm

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong interest in problem solving and client services
Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in finance

Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Significant level of maturity and the ability to work under pressure as a part of a small team with top company executives and senior management
Highly organized with the initiative and ability to multitask and work with limited supervision on a team
