Exhaust all available channels-email, phone, social, and more-to identify which approaches drive the highest engagement and conversion
Hunt, qualify, and prioritize leads through thoughtful outreach and consultative discovery
Benchmark how top-performing companies structure their buying process and use those insights to sharpen our B2B payments sales approach
Deliver tailored insights that challenge prospects to rethink how they grow and operate globally
Collaborate closely with Marketing to activate leads from campaigns, events, and other sources
Maintain clean and organized records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
Analyze outreach results and optimize your workflow to consistently improve lead conversion
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
A hunter's mindset-proactive, persistent, and energized by creating new opportunities
Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen, adapt, and articulate value
Highly coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow your career in sales
Effective time management and organizational skills
Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
