Director HR Workforce Analytics, HR - Workforce Analytics
Baptist Health South Florida is the region’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, and they are seeking a Director HR Workforce Analytics. The role involves developing and shaping the workforce analytics strategy for the HR Department and overseeing HR analytics and data reporting capabilities, while leading a team of HR Consultants and data/research scientists.

Responsibilities
Develop and shape the workforce analytics strategy for the HR Department
Oversee the management of the HR Analytics and Data Reporting capabilities
Develop HR analytics strategies that align with Company and business unit/entity objectives across functional HR areas
Consult with HR and business leaders on their teams analytics needs and propose solutions by embedding analysis and recommendations into the decision-making processes for the organization
Lead a team of HR Consultants and data/research scientists to ensure the team is productive engaged and successful
Develop processes to support research planning and execution in an efficient and scalable manner (e.g. road mapping, code sharing, and automation of repetitive tasks)
Provide technical expertise to researchers to guide research design and execute statistical analyses
Partner with the Technology and Digital organization along with senior leadership within HR and external stakeholders at Baptist Health
Qualification
Required
Bachelors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of leadership with the Baptist Health Organization
Ability to use BI technology tools such as OBIEE, OAC, Tableau along with skills using PS query and SQL
Generate data visualizations and use of effective storytelling to deliver results
Keeps current with the latest BI reporting solutions
Develops, monitors, and designs data structure to support effective data and dashboard reporting
