Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling designs for campaigns, product marketing, websites, social media, print materials, and presentations
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals while upholding brand standards
Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, PMs, and cross-functional partners throughout the creative process
Contribute to creative concepting, layout design, and cross-channel design solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Work across both digital and print formats with strong attention to detail, typography, and visual hierarchy
Qualification
Required
Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
Proficiency with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and cross-channel work
3+ years of professional visual design experience
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and communication streams
Strong attention to detail and visual problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Basic motion graphics capabilities
Photo editing and retouching experience
Understanding of UX/UI principles and working within design systems
Familiarity with brand systems, marketing workflows, and responsive digital design
