Machine Operator - Lugging Operator - 1st Shift

Responsibilities
Assemble and weld seating lugs and cleats to bands
Separate lugs when required
Weld ID mark (dimple) to identify tie wings on band as required
Assist in special projects and studies as requested
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in direct manufacturing
Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills
Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Must have exceptional finger dexterity
Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time
