Responsibilities
Design and develop a QA framework and pipeline for a Data Lakehouse
Develop QA ETL pipelines, ensure data quality, and optimize data storage solutions
Analyze and develop the ingestion pipeline to test data feeds through raw, transformation, and target processes
Function as a technical liaison between IT and data engineering teams
Create mechanisms to generate tickets for bug remediation
Adhere to internal SDLC agile processes and provide routine updates to the sprint schedule
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Quality Assurance
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience with cloud data tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Azure DataBricks)
Experience working with QA analysts to test code and data as part of an SDLC process
Ability to design and build flexible, adaptable, and scalable QA processes
