This role involves shaping strategic programs for Belmont students and the Nashville entertainment community, as well as managing mental health and wellness resources.

Responsibilities
Develop annual and long-term programming goals that address the Center's mission and vision
Actively cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, including industry professionals, non-profits and mental health providers
Assist in the development of curricular and co-curricular mental health programming that addresses unique challenges of the entertainment industry, focused on the whole person (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual); Engage key internal and eternal partners in the classroom as well as for the industry
Define and develop the Community Resource Center; Build systems and processes, and provide oversight to ensure high quality referrals
Develop and execute several annual conferences and workshops for industry professionals, providing leadership in partnership with the Executive Director

Demonstrates passion and advocacy for mental health and wellness
Experience working with entertainment professionals or related industry
Servant leader dedicated to building and maintaining strong culture
Demonstrates solid emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with all levels of leadership internally and externally
BA required, Master's in Mental Health Counseling or similar field preferred
10+ years experience in entertainment, higher education, or related industries
The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University
