The intern will support the head of Development Operations & Biometrics with strategic initiatives and departmental organization, gaining exposure to clinical trial operations and data strategy in a biotech environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of DevOps & Biometrics in strategic planning, departmental organization, and execution of key departmental initiatives
Improve organizational clarity, meeting effectiveness & structure, communications, and departmental repositories/archive
Create structured tools, framework, and documentation for efficient department operations
Strategic Initiative Support – assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating high-priority projects across the departmental. Working alongside senior leaders and functional staff
Support development or refinement of functional materials – charters, R&R matrices, governance frameworks
Communication & Reporting – identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and alignment across the department
Contribute to clinical trials through directed assignments to support clinical study leads, biostatisticians, and data management colleagues

Required

Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences, at a 4-year accredited university
Strong interest in clinical development, pharma operations
Organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills
Ability to interact and network with various individuals across the organization
Synthesize complex information into clear concise executive level outputs
High Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
