Engaging in on-the-job training and practical learning experiences
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong communication skills and team player mentality
Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate field and office work
Must be local to Munster or Porter Indiana for onsite field work
Preferred
Previous exposure to civil engineering through coursework or internships
Ability to adapt to different project requirements and work environments
