System Analysis, Development, Build, and Implementation for Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, and RTE
Provide End-User Support for Registration, Billing, and Practice Management Adoption
Develop, Support, and Maintain Documentation, Policy and Procedures
System Testing and Acceptance
Project Management
Development and implementation of Revenue Cycle Best Practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business or a healthcare related degree and associated experience
5 years Application Systems Analyst experience or relevant Revenue Cycle Patient Access background (Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Referrals experience.)
Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Communicate efficiently with technical team as well as managers and end users – both written and verbal
Skilled at problem solving
Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
Possesses an understanding and high-aptitude for computer system capabilities to address process requirements
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Strong presentation skills with experience in presenting directly to management and clinicians
Preferred
Epic application certification and experience preferred
