Support sales executives with CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Coordinate sales materials, proposals, and presentations
Schedule meetings, demos, follow-ups
Support Sales Help Desk management
Act as a liaison between Sales and Account Management
Update sales collateral and marketing materials as directed
Assist with trade shows, events, and sales enablement activities
Support email campaigns or announcements related to sales initiatives
Website maintenance support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in administration supporting sales function
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative tools and platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Power Point, Microsoft, Zapier, Active Campaign, Word Press, Canva, LinkedIn, Mailchimp or similar)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience supporting or managing trade shows and events
Data-driven mindset for tracking KPIs and optimizing marketing performance
