Responsibilities
Participate in walkthroughs to see how IT controls work within the business
Prepare clear, timely documentation (workpapers) showing how IT controls are designed and work
Assist in follow-up, remediation, and mitigation on audit findings
Work with the global audit team, external auditors, other interns, and business/IT contacts to complete audit tasks accurately and on-time
Participate in a special project using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or data analytics, and present the project at the end of the internship
Qualification
Required

Become familiar with company policies, procedures, and standards
Learn fundamental auditing processes and the role of Internal Audit
Learn about key IT processes, risks, and control measures
Get exposure to various IT systems and audit technologies
Gain hands-on experience with RPA and/or analytics
Understand how cybersecurity impacts IT auditing
Understand the basics of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for IT Audits
Develop clear professional communication and documentation skills
Enhance problem-solving skills through root-cause analysis of issues
Improve time management by balancing multiple audit tasks and deadlines
