$21/hr - $25/hrThe Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer Intern to assist on project sites. The intern will interpret designs, prepare drawings, coordinate work schedules, and verify completed work to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.

Responsibilities
Interpret design/drawings for crafts installing material
Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work, change orders, estimates, etc
Coordinate work schedules with subcontractors too complete work on time
Verify all completed work stays in sync with applicable codes, drawings, specifications
Establish exterior/interior grade and working lines for contractors or crafts
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program
Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience
Passion and desire to work in the construction industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision
A valid driver's license may be required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation as many sites are not within public transportation boundaries
Preferred
Preferred majors/concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Prior work experience, internship, or trade experience preferred, but not required
