Responsibilities
Serve as the front-office presence, greeting clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a polished, organized, and welcoming environment
Coordinate meeting logistics, scheduling, and client hospitality
Support the new-client onboarding process, including paperwork coordination, account setup workflows, and internal follow-through
Act as a point of connection between clients, financial advisors, and client service associates to ensure timely communication and execution
Maintain organization across administrative tasks, client records, and internal processes
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the office experience and client journey
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients and senior professionals
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Willingness to work full-time, in-office in Westport, CT
Interest in building a long-term career within a growing firm
Preferred
Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, professional services, or a client-facing office role
Experience with client onboarding, account paperwork, or administrative workflows
Familiarity with our technology stack: Charles Schwab and Fidelity (custodians), Orion Performance Reporting & Trading, eMoney Financial Planning Software
