Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking the progress of ongoing projects
Help prepare program documentation, including status reports and meeting notes
Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Monitor project milestones and ensure timelines are met
Assist in identifying and mitigating risks that may impact program timelines or objectives
Contribute to project performance reviews and improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail in preparing project documentation and reports
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in problem-solving
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
High School diploma or GED
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
