Responsibilities
Provide development and optimization services for the existing IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo CAFM application
Create, define, and refine dimensions, rules, and business processes to align with evolving agency requirements
Develop streamlined processes aligned with the TRIRIGA data model to enhance system performance
Support IBM TRIRIGA upgrades, including:
Environment upgrades
Planning and executing content migrations
Minimizing business disruption during transitions
Managing upgrade implementation and transition
Develop, modify, and support report writing using BIRT
Modify existing TRIRIGA components to improve processes, maintenance workflows, and overall system efficiency
Test and evaluate new programs and enhancements
Qualification
Required
7 years (Required): Experience as a Facilities Manager
5 years (Required): Experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo products for at least one contract
4 years (Required): Experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
