Sales Development Representatives
Vintage Recruits is looking for Sales Development Representatives to assist in building their go-to-market process as they grow from seed to Series A. The role involves making high-volume cold calls, qualifying meetings for Account Executives, and collaborating with team members to enhance sales processes.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume cold calls daily (95% outbound, 5% CRM management)
Qualify and book meetings for Account Executives
Represent the Company at industry conferences globally
Help refine and improve outbound sales processes
Collaborate with AEs and market managers to drive revenue
Qualification
Required
Prior SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience
Comfortable making 80–120 cold calls per day
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Highly competitive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
Coachable and open to feedback
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Phantom Buster, Avoma)
Background in hospitality, short-term rentals, hotels, or proptech
Startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset
