Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, ensuring GAAP compliance. Manage tax compliance and external audits
Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Partner with operations to analyze costs and improve profitability
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights to leadership
Oversee inventory accounting and physical inventories. Support ERP systems and process improvements
Manage and develop the accounting team (3-5 direct reports). Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and executive teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Manufacturing accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and cost accounting
ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong leadership experience
Preferred
